3-Month Contract

£45 per hour

Key Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma (as appropriate) in Medical Ultrasound (CMU/DMU) or Post Graduate Certificate in Medical Ultrasound (PGCert.MU) with qualifications relevant to obstetric scanning, or BSc in Medical Ultrasound.
• Completion of FASP/E-lfh training resource, with a focus on screening for Down’s Syndrome, Edwards & Patau’s Syndrome, NT (Essential).
• Cardiac and Anomaly scanning experience (Desirable).
• Further relevant professional study and continuous professional development.
• DQASS Flag status green

Experience and Competencies:

• Competent in transvaginal scanning.
• Competent in all aspects of obstetric scanning.
• Competent in umbilical artery Doppler scanning.
• Desirable Competencies:
• Evidence of training in middle cerebral artery Dopplers.
• Evidence of training in cervical length scanning.
• Evidence of training in Uterine Artery Doppler.
