£37,992 - £40,455 per annum+ £5000 Welcome Bonus

Spencer Clarke Group are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our private client who are committed to providing exceptional care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach. The post holder will operate within a Hospital setting, encompassing two Acute wards and two PICU wards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises a defined group of team members and contributes to their overall CPD, mandatory training and appraisal process recognising the skills required across the team.
• Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress.
• At a more senior level, you’ll also need to lead shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team.
• Evaluate and respond to changes in patients condition and needs

Requirements:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
• A flexible approach - the units operate 24/7
