Senior Estates Surveyor
Location: London (Hybrid)
Rate: £440 per day
Contract: 6 Months
Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join a large public sector organisation in London, supporting a diverse operational and community estate including education, children's services, parks, leisure and libraries.
This is a senior general practice estates role with a strong focus on Landlord and Tenant matters, complex lease events and broader strategic asset management activity. You will also oversee external agents/contractors and support governance and reporting.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing lease events: renewals, rent reviews, breaks and expiries
- Landlord and Tenant casework and complex contractual matters
- Managing external agents, consultants and contractor frameworks
- Supporting asset data updates and performance reporting
- Contributing to disposals, acquisitions and revenue generation opportunities
- Line management
About you:
- RICS qualified with strong post-qualification general practice experience (Landlord and Tenant focus)
- Confident handling complex work with minimal supervision
- Proven experience managing agents/consultants
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple directorates
