  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and relationship-building skills
  • Is adaptable, patient, and resilient in their approach
  • Has a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people to succeed
  • Can inspire and motivate learners who may have experienced barriers to education

  • Opportunities for ongoing professional development and training
  • A rewarding role where you can make a lasting impact on students' lives
  • Dedicated pastoral and leadership support
  • The opportunity to work with small class sizes and tailored learning programmes

This role would suit an experienced SEMH practitioner or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into a specialist setting where relationship-building and personalised learning are at the heart of education.
