About the Role
Spencer Clarke Group are working closely with a range of secondary schools across Preston to recruit Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for September starts across all subject specialisms.
These opportunities offer both long-term and temp-to-perm positions, providing a strong platform to begin or continue your teaching career. You will have the chance to gain valuable classroom experience while exploring different school environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in your subject specialism
- Assessing and monitoring student progress
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies
- Working collaboratively with departments and senior staff
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS by September
- A strong subject knowledge in your chosen specialism
- A proactive and adaptable approach
- A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
- Strong communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
