Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant on behalf of our client, a welcoming mainstream primary school in Coventry. The successful candidate will support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, helping to create a positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive. This role will involve working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning, supporting early literacy and numeracy development, and assisting with classroom organisation and behaviour management. The ideal candidate will be patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting young learners at a crucial stage in their education. A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children are essential, as you will play a key role in fostering confidence, independence, and a love of learning in Key Stage 1 pupils.
