Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join our client from September 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality science education to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for science.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing targeted support to ensure all students achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices and resources.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Science or a related field.
• Experience teaching Science at Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Strong subject knowledge of science education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
