Repairs Service Manager

My client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Repairs Service Manager on a Contract basis.

About the role:

Based in Central London:

• Managing leaks from above and adaptation works to deliver an excellent service.
• Managing a cross section of plumbers and planners

About you:

You will have the following skillsets or experiences:

• Experience of HAT orders, leaks, repairs and works orders and vulnerable residents
• Social Housing/Council experience is highly desirable

What’s on offer:

• Salary: £24-£30 per hour

*negotiable based on experience

• Contract type: Contract – 3-6 month minimum.
