About the Role
As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that inspire, challenge, and support pupils of all abilities. You will create a positive and nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Promote pupils' personal, social, and emotional development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A passion for inspiring and supporting young learners
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Have an enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
