Spencer Clarke Group are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join out private hospital client who is renowned for providing exceptional care and is consistently rated outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Role and Responsibilities: As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of complex male patients. This includes individuals with mental illnesses, personality disorders, significant physical health impairments, and cognitive impairments. Successful applicants will play a crucial role in developing and implementing occupational therapy interventions to enhance the overall well-being and functionality of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and goals.
• Designing and implementing tailored occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Providing support and therapeutic interventions for patients with various conditions.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of occupational therapy interventions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
• Proven experience working with diverse patient populations, including mental health, personality disorders, physical health impairments, and cognitive impairments.
