We're currently working with a local NHS Trust who are seeking a Mortuary Assistant to join their team in Croydon.
Mortuary Assistant
Croydon
£13.50p/h Umbrella
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
3 month initial contract with the view of extension
Key responsibilities:
- To run a safe, secure, effective and comprehensive mortuary and post mortem service.
- Ensure all deceased are treated with respect and dignity at all times. To participate in regular manual handling procedures.
- The transfer of deceased across the hospital site.
- Input data in to the Cerner computer system and mortuary database.
- Prepare the deceased for formal identification and viewing by relatives.
