The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join our client in Burnley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons to students of varying abilities.
  • Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for languages.
  • Participate in school-wide activities, events, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • A degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching Spanish at secondary school level.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
