Job Opportunity: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Blackburn

Are you an experienced and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) seeking a rewarding opportunity in education? We are currently seeking a dedicated HLTA to join our dynamic team at our school located in Blackburn.

Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Location: Blackburn

Qualifications Required:

  • Relevant qualifications to work as a HLTA
  • Experience working in a similar role is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide intervention support to primarily Key Stage 2 (KS2) children
  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored interventions
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the academic progress and well-being of students
  • Contribute to the development of individualised learning plans for students
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications to work as a HLTA
  • Experience working with KS2 children
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Dedication to supporting the academic and personal development of students
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
