Families First Reform Programme Manager - Local Authority

My Local Authority client in Devon is looking to appoint a talented Families First Reform Programme Manager on a Contract basis.

The role will lead on the delivery of Families First Reforms for the Council, inclusive of re-designing services in line with the reforms themselves.

About the role:

Based in Devon (Hybrid - 3 days on site):

• Produce and deliver the Families First Reform programme.
• Support the re-design of key children's services.
• Lead on complex stakeholder engagement.
• Represent the Council at partnership boards, strategic forums and external meetings.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Significant experience leading complex, large-scale programmes for Children's Services (Prince2 is highly desired).
• Proven track record of managing complex service transformation and improvement programmes.
• Ability to engage with and navigate senior stakeholders, including Elected Members.
• Local Authority experience is essential.

• Salary: £700 per day, inside IR35
• Hybrid Working

• Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
