Remote Educational Psychologist

Location: Remote (or Face-to-Face if Preferred), Outside IR35

Salary: £525 per day

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out comprehensive assessments of students to identify learning and behavioural needs.
  • Develop and implement effective intervention strategies to support students' educational and emotional development.
  • Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a collaborative and supportive environment for students.
  • Generate detailed and accurate psychological reports outlining assessment findings and recommendations.
  • Provide training to educational staff and parents on relevant topics, and offer consultation services to support a holistic approach to student well-being.
  • Utilise virtual platforms for assessments, consultations, and meetings to deliver high-quality services remotely.

Requirements:

  • PHD within Educational Psychology and registered with the HCPC.
  • Demonstrate a strong background in educational psychology, with experience in both remote and face-to-face settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a remote working environment and utilize virtual tools effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex educational and emotional challenges.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
