Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting face-to-face assessments to evaluate and analyse the learning and development needs of students.
• Providing expert advice to educational staff, parents, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective support mechanisms for students.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies for students with diverse learning needs.
• Delivering training sessions and workshops to educators and parents on various aspects of child development and educational psychology.
• Keeping accurate records of assessments, interventions, and recommendations in compliance with professional standards and regulations.
• Staying abreast of current trends and research in educational psychology to inform practice and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Educational Psychology.
• HCPC registered and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
• Proven experience conducting face-to-face assessments in an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to education and special educational needs.
