Role Overview: As an Educational Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert psychological services to schools within West London. This is a traded work position, operating inside IR35, and will involve face-to-face school visits to better understand and address the unique needs of each educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting psychological assessments to identify and evaluate learning and behavioural difficulties in students.
• Providing consultation and support to school staff, parents, and other professionals to create effective intervention strategies.
• Delivering training sessions to school staff on various topics related to child development, mental health, and behaviour management.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Conducting research and staying abreast of the latest developments in educational psychology to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

• A recognised qualification in Educational Psychology and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Proven experience working as an Educational Psychologist, preferably in a traded work setting.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills to identify and address diverse learning and behavioural needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
