Early Help Navigator - 5 POSITIONS AVAILABLE!

We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority in Barnsley to appoint an Early Help Navigator to join their Early Start and Families Service Team!

As part of our Family Hubs and Start for Life initiative, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives and well-being of individuals with complex needs, providing crucial support at an early intervention level to connect them with vital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a multi-agency framework to assist individuals facing crises, ensuring timely access to essential support services.
• Facilitate the journey towards well-being, resilience, and confidence-building through tailored interventions and support.
• Utilise your knowledge of Family Hubs services and early intervention scope, coupled with a deep understanding of child and family development.

Requirements:

• Hold a Level 4 qualification or equivalent in a relevant field, supported by substantial experience working with children and families.
• Exceptional communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships are essential.
• Willingness to travel across the locality to deliver services.
