Agency work has a lot of misconceptions around it which I want to correct.

• Supply pay is rubbish! Whilst pay isn't always to scale from day 1, we will negotiate a fair pay rate and if in a long-term role you will be paid to scale in line with AWR regulations.
• I can't get a proper job from this! We search for short-term, long-term and permanent roles so yes you absolutely can.
• You'll just send me to loads of different places! Supply work can be Ad Hoc however, if you want long-term work only you have the choice to accept or reject work as you choose meaning you are in total control over what you do.
• I'll have to travel all over the place! No, we have schools all over the North West so we will be able to find a role within a suitable travel distance for you. Again you can accept or reject jobs to only do the ones suitable for you.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SPENCER CLARKE GROUP

· All applications are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) in line with our stringent safeguarding policy

· Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained

· You must have legal right to work in the UK

· You must be willing to attend a registration interview

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
