We are working in partnership with a Local Authority iWarrington to appoint an experienced Deputy Residential Children's Manager to join their dynamic team!

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing a dedicated team of 7 staff members. Your role is vital in maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and ensuring the smooth running of our organisation.


  • Team Oversight: Supervising and guiding a team of 7 staff members, providing leadership and support to ensure they deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Operational Management: Assisting in the day-to-day operational management of the residential facility, including coordinating schedules, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitoring and evaluating service delivery to maintain high standards of care and support, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing measures to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Child Welfare: Ensuring the well-being and safety of children and young people in the residential setting, responding to their individual needs and providing appropriate support and guidance.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other members of the management team, external agencies, and stakeholders to coordinate care plans, address concerns, and promote positive outcomes for children and young people.
