Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a DBT specialist practitioner to join one of our private clients based in the Wellington area. You'll play a key role in delivering and enhancing the therapeutic programme for individuals with a Personality Disorder. You'll lead individual and group therapy, contribute to psychological formulations, and support service development. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and supportive team focused on making a real difference.

What you will do:

• Support patients in developing and updating their Behavioural Incentive Pathways and ensure full adherence to the DBT model.
• Deliver DBT coaching and awareness sessions, while encouraging innovation and the sharing of best practices within the service.
• Monitor and document client progress through reports, care notes, and active participation in CPA and ICR meetings.
• Assess referred patients and provide detailed psychological assessment reports.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to less experienced therapists and Therapy Care Assistants.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with 5 years post-registration experience.
• Proven experience in delivering and reviewing DBT interventions in a relevant setting.
• Strong background in DBT practice, with leadership and management skills to support service development.
