We are working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Blackpool and the surrounding areas, who are looking to appoint Cover Supervisors to support with day-to-day and long-term cover.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people to gain valuable classroom experience.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task
- Support students with their learning across a range of subjects
- Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons
- Gain experience across different subjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4)
We're keen to hear from individuals who:
- Are confident leading a classroom and engaging students
- Have experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work, etc.)
- Are considering a career in teaching or education
- Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Are reliable, professional, and adaptable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
