We are working with a local NHS Trust who are seeking a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join their Community Recovery Team based in Walthamstow.
The community recovery team provides specialist mental health services for adults aged 18 to 65 with serious and/or enduring mental health problems. This includes multidisciplinary assessments to identify needs with each client/carer, community interventions and a range of community-based services formulated in a care plan and delivered through the CPA process.
Location: Community based in Walthamstow
Rate of pay: £26 p/h Umbrella
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Contract: 3 month initial contract with the view of extension
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
- Community Mental Health experience is essential
