Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join one of our private clients based in the Stoke-on-Trent area. Make a real difference in people's lives by joining the team as a Registered Clinical Psychologist.
Join a dedicated transdisciplinary team supporting some of the most vulnerable individuals in society. As a key part of our Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation service, you'll deliver person-centred care for adults with acquired brain injuries and complex behaviours. Your expertise will help shape interventions, support staff development, and contribute to service improvement through clinical governance.
What you will do:
- Lead and oversee specialised psychological assessment and therapy programmes, ensuring high clinical standards.
- Supervise Psychology staff and provide expert guidance to the wider team on formulation, treatment planning, and risk assessment.
- Work with Clinical Directors to maintain evidence-based practices, monitor outcomes, drive service improvement, and promote the service through professional networks.
What we're looking for:
- To be registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the HCPC.
- A BPS accredited and HCPC approved Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
- Chartered Member of the BPS.
- Enrolled on the BPS Specialist Register of Clinical Neuropsychologists or interested in working towards this, with support.
- Evidence of engagement in ABI networks.
