Responsibilities:
- Team Support: Collaborate with Personal Advisors and Social Workers to complete various tasks, including online applications and administrative duties, contributing to the smooth operation of the team.
- Transportation Assistance: Assist in transporting young people to appointments, ensuring their access to essential services and activities.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, appointments, and progress made by young people under the team's care. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality regulations.
