My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented ASC Business Analyst on a Contract basis.
The Business Analyst will play a key role in delivering high-profile transformation initiatives within Adult Social Care, including the redesign of the Adults "Front Door." This role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills to support service redesign and improve customer journeys across multiple ASC service areas.

- Salary: £485 a day

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Lead and facilitate workshops with a wide range of stakeholders, including operational staff, service leads, and partner organisations
- Capture and document current ("As Is") customer journeys and service processes
- Develop and map future ("To Be") pathways across Adult Social Care services
- Support the redesign of the Adults "Front Door" to improve access, efficiency, and user experience
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within Adult Social Care
- Experience mapping customer journeys and business processes (As Is / To Be)
- Local Authority experience is essential
