In response to increased demand for our recruitment services, we are delighted to announce a series of initiatives designed to provide the additional capacity required for our anticipated business growth.
The expansion plans include a brand new and fully modern office at Bartle Court Business Centre in Swillbrook, a revamped website and a recruitment drive to attract new talent.
The new office space, 50% bigger than the existing office footprint, will comfortably accommodate its teams of recruitment consultants, compliance and marketing departments - and the office pups of course! (If you haven’t met Opal, Mabel and Barney yet, head over to our Instagram page - you won’t be disappointed!)
The new space boasts 2 plush meeting pods complete with ‘On Air’ signs triggered by sensors, a presentation stage and a state of the art and fully interactive 86” TV to track sales - and success!
The board room has also been totally revamped with smoked glass and privacy curtains for Consultants to meet with clients in style.
During break periods, the teams now have a choice between a casual snack in the trendy breakfast bar area, a quieter lunch in a separate kitchen, or frequenting the existing break out room which consists of casual sofas, a games area and a pool table! Everyone will be spoiled for choice!
With a bigger office space, we are now in a position to recruit for additional staff members to join our already thriving teams.
