Workplace Project Lead
Location: London
Rate: £500 per day
Contract: 6 Months
Spencer Clarke Group are supporting a large public sector organisation in London to appoint an interim Workplace Project Lead to help deliver key workplace change and relocation projects across a corporate estate.
Reporting into a senior workplace lead, you will take day-to-day ownership of assigned projects, keeping delivery on track across programme governance, stakeholder management, suppliers, and internal service teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of workplace change and relocation projects (time, cost, quality)
- Coordinating Property, FM, IT, HR and operational service stakeholders to align delivery with business needs
- Managing governance, RAID, reporting and senior stakeholder updates
- Managing contractors, consultants and suppliers, ensuring compliance with organisational standards
- Supporting staff engagement and communication activities to enable smooth transitions
- Embedding inclusivity, sustainability and health and safety throughout delivery
About you:
- Strong project management background within workplace, FM, property, or corporate real estate environments
- Proven track record delivering refurbishment, relocation, or workplace transformation projects
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of H&S and compliance in a corporate property context
- Experience in local government or another large, complex organisation (highly desirable)
