Turn Around Manager
Salary: £55,000 per annum

FTC - 6 Months.
Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Turn Around Manager on behalf of one of our clients who we work closely with. Within this role you will essentially implement strong governance, enhance clinical quality, better compliance, and ensure financial sustainability all whilst maintaining high standards of person-centred care for the individuals who are cared for by the service.
What you'll do:
- Deliver and execute a strategic improvement plan to meet CQC standards.
- Lead and stabilise the team, embedding a culture of accountability, best practice, and continuous improvement.
- Overhaul clinical governance, care pathways, and risk management processes across services for individuals with brain injuries and neurodegenerative conditions (e.g., Huntington's, MND).
- Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare for inspections.
- Improve financial sustainability through smarter staffing and resource use.
- Rebuild trust and strengthen partnerships with families, commissioners, and external stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Health/Social Care, Nursing, or Management with CQC compliance/leadership training.
- Proven success turning around RI/inadequate-rated services.
- Expertise in neuro care, including brain injury and progressive neurological conditions.
- Deep understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance.
- Data-driven, resilient, and focused on person-centred outcomes.
