My client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Transformation Programme Manager on a Contract basis.
The role will lead transformation and business change programmes across the organisation. The aim is to enhance outcomes for the council’s residents while ensuring financial sustainability through revenue growth and cost-saving measures.
About the role:
Based in Central London (hybrid):
- The Council is moving towards becoming a community wealth building based organisation.
- This will involve moving away from traditional service delivery towards providing services in a more innovative, customer outcome focussed manner, in order to achieve efficiencies and value for money.
- The postholder will be expected to co-ordinate internal capability and external partnerships for the business to deliver effective change and realisation of projected benefits.
- Lead the programme team encouraging innovation and supporting change.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Experience in managing programmes in Local Government
- Leading service change projects that improve services for residents and deliver savings.
- Solid grasp of Project Management methodologies (Prince2 & Agile).
- Skills in influencing senior stakeholders
What’s on offer:
- Salary: £663 per day, Inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience
