Strategic Finance Business Partner
My client is a Local Authority in Central London who are looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner on an interim basis. Spencer Clarke Group are working in collaboration with the council to recruit to the post.

- Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Financial Planning & Business Partnering to lead and coordinate MTFP for the council's revenue budgets.
Provide direct line management of 1-5 staff to support the area of the business you are allocated to as Strategic Finance Business Partner.
Implementing & aligning the capital strategies with the treasury strategy by working closely with colleagues across the finance unit.
Financial modelling and project appraisal, including assessment of financing options.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
Holds a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CIPFA, CIMA, MBA etc) or demonstrable equivalent experience of operating at that level.
Strong technical understanding of the prudential framework and local authority capital programme financing and reporting requirements.
Experience providing support and challenge to senior officers and leadership in a local authority.
