My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Senior Performance Analyst on a Contract basis.
The successful candidate will lead performance analysis and improvement projects across the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) service.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £375 per day, Outside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Lead on performance, review and improvement the delivery of projects within the Children and Families Division
- Manage the research, collation, capture, storage and publication of evidence and Datasets
- Manage aspects of a specific performance and intelligence team in identifying datasets that will help services within Children and Families
- Manage the production of analytical products for Children and Families to support strategic planning and commissioning
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Children's Services, especially SEND
- Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, and quality assurance, including the statutory SEN2 data return
- Local Authority experience is essential
