Teaching Assistant - SEN School
Location: Lancaster
Full-time | Term-time only
Start Date: Monday 1st September 2025
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in a vibrant SEN school.

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of SEN.
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons and interventions.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Help with personal care and mobility when required.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and staff.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Experienced in supporting children with SEN within a classroom setting.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic classroom setting.
- Level 2/3 TA qualification or equivalent
