Are you a passionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school community from September for a long-term role.
About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
- Assist in creating an engaging, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
- Contribute to individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.

- Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
