Key Responsibilities: - Build strong, trusting relationships with students to support their emotional and behavioural development - Deliver structured interventions and mentoring sessions, helping students develop coping strategies and self-regulation skills - Encourage positive behaviours and social skills through engaging activities and consistent routines

Requirements:

Must Have:

  • Strong behaviour management and experience supporting students or service users with SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of SEMH conditions and the ability to adapt approaches to individual students

Nice To Have:

  • Previous special school, social care, or youth work experience
  • Qualifications related to SEMH, youth work, or mentoring
