Location: Pensby, Wirral
Hours: 15 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm - 6:30pm
Contract Type: Temporary

We are currently recruiting for a School Cleaner to join a friendly and welcoming school in Pensby, Wirral. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking to work in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the school
• Following health and safety procedures and cleaning schedules

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous cleaning experience (school or commercial cleaning experience is desirable but not essential)
• A good eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
• The ability to work independently and efficiently
• A reliable, punctual, and hardworking approach
• Good knowledge of health and safety and safe use of cleaning equipment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
