Spencer Clarke Group are seekinga Registered Manager for a local authority based in Bath and Northeast Somerset.
In this role, you will drive the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care while leading a dedicated team and ensuring full compliance with care standards and regulations.
Key Duties:
- Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures.
- Support staff development through supervision, mentoring, and training.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Proven experience in managing and leading care teams in a residential or nursing setting.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, care governance, and safeguarding procedures.
- Experience in care planning, risk assessments, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff performance, training, and development effectively.
What's on offer:
Salary: £21+ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 6, months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week
