About the Role
Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting Primary Teachers for a range of September opportunities across Lancashire.
We are working with primary schools who are starting to plan for the new academic year, including class teacher roles, intervention support, long-term cover and permanent appointments.
September Roles May Include
- EYFS Teacher
- KS1 Teacher
- KS2 Teacher
- Intervention Teacher
- PPA Cover Teacher
- Nurture Teacher
- SEND Support Teacher
- Long-Term Supply Teacher
- Temp-to-Perm Primary Teacher
- Permanent Primary Teacher
The Role
Depending on the school and year group, you may be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils with a range of abilities and additional needs
- Managing behaviour effectively
- Working closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs and wider school staff
- Monitoring pupil progress and adapting learning where needed
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status, QTS
- Experience teaching in a UK primary school
- Strong classroom management skills
- A flexible and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
