Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic PE Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive secondary school?

We're working with a forward-thinking school in Blackpool who are seeking a passionate Physical Education Teacher to cover a maternity leave from September 2025. The role is full-time and will involve teaching PE across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Your Role:

  • Deliver high-quality PE lessons that inspire and motivate students
  • Plan and assess engaging practical and theory-based activities
  • Support the wider school community through extracurricular sport
  • Promote a healthy, active lifestyle among all pupils


You Will Need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching PE at secondary level
  • Strong classroom management and a positive, energetic approach
  • Commitment to promoting student progress and participation

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
