Outreach Tutor-Luton

1:1 Tutors Required - Bedfordshire & Luton
We are recruiting experienced 1:1 Tutors to support learners in:
Bedford, Kempston, Biddenham, Wixams, Sharnbrook, Bromham
Luton (Stopsley, Leagrave, Sundon Park)
Working with Bedfordshire Local Authority, you will deliver tailored education to children who are currently out of mainstream settings.

The Role

• Provide 1:1 tuition in the learner's home or a local library
• Plan and deliver sessions to meet individual needs
• Support pupils with EHCPs, including SEN and SEMH
• Build engagement and help learners re-access education

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working with SEN/SEMH learners
• Ability to manage behaviour and adapt teaching approaches
• Confident delivering personalised sessions

Essential

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Relevant tutoring or teaching experience

Pay

• £30-£35 per hour (depending on experience)
