Duty Occupational Therapist - Adult Social Care Team
Location: Hybrid - 3 days in office (Islington), 2 days remote
Contract: Full time, locum
Rate: £32.02p/h (negotiable for the right candidate)
Our local authority client in North London are currently seeking an experienced Duty Occupational Therapist to join their supportive and well-established Adult Social Care Team.
The team are very supportive with huge emphasis on staff well being, free in-house training for locums, 4 weekly supervision manageable workload.
You will be responsible for screening incoming OT referrals by contacting individuals to carry out initial telephone assessments, confidently identifying risks and, where appropriate, arranging the provision of minor equipment such as toilet frames or commodes.
Requirements:
- HCPC Registration and relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
- Must have recent social services experience (2 years) with minimum 5 years post graduate experience.
- Some Duty experience required also.
