We are assisting a Local Authority in the appointment of an experienced Leaving Care Personal Advisor in the Lincolnshire area.
As a Leaving Care Personal Advisor, you will provide vital support to care leavers aged 16-25 as they transition to independent adulthood. You'll help develop and implement tailored Pathway Plans, offer hands-on assistance with housing, education, employment, finances, life skills, and mental well-being, and act as their main advocate across local services
Expected hours: Full time (37 hours per week)
Contract: 3-6 months
Rate of pay: £17.00- £22.00 ph.
