The Role
You will take a senior clinical leadership role in a specialist hospital providing care and rehabilitation for individuals with acquired brain injury and related conditions. As Consultant Neuropsychiatrist, you will:
- Act as Responsible Clinician for patients detained under the Mental Health Act, overseeing psychiatric care and treatment plans.

- Provide specialist advice on neuropsychiatric care pathways, service delivery, and best practice.
- Oversee clinical governance activities, including audits, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives.

- Support training and professional development of staff, contributing to a culture of learning and excellence.

- Experienced in neuropsychiatry, brain injury rehabilitation, or complex mental health care.
- A strong clinical leader, with the ability to inspire and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
- Committed to compassionate, person-centred care, and able to manage complexity and uncertainty.
- Skilled in communication, with a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
