My client in Liverpool are looking to appoint a talented HR & Payroll ERP Workstream Lead on a Contract basis.

This is a pivotal role within a major transformation programme, working closely with senior stakeholders, business leads, and implementation partners to deliver an integrated HR, Payroll and Finance solution. The organisaion is currently implementing MHR i-Trent for HR and Payroll alongside Microsoft Dynamics for Finance, creating a modern, efficient and scalable operating environment.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £550 a day inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Liverpool (Hybrid):

  • Lead the HR & Payroll workstream throughout the ERP implementation programme
  • Manage all aspects of workstream delivery, including planning, reporting, governance, resource management, budget management, risk management and execution
  • Own the end-to-end HR and Payroll functional design for the future ERP solution
  • Work collaboratively with the People & Organisational Culture Director, Heads of Service, programme teams and external suppliers

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with ERP platforms including MHR i-Trent
  • Proven track record delivering HR and Payroll system design and implementation projects
  • Local Authority experience is essential
