An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Finance to join an educational institution in the Lancaster area on a permanent basis.
As Head of Finance, you'll play a vital role in management of the finance department on a day to day basis adding value by collaboration across the organisation
You'll be someone naturally great with people AND numbers because the role includes partnering with operational teams but the key to success is experience and Finance experience

About the role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the finance team, offering guidance support & development
- Management of the month end process
- Management of budgeting forecasting & cashflow
- Collaboration with teams across the organisation
About you
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Ideally Qualified, however part qualified and qualified by experience will be considered
Experience within a Finance Leadership or Management role
Experience with education/public sector - not essential
