Spencer Clarke Group are pleased to be working with an impressive organisation based in the Lancaster Area. This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Accountant to join a vibrant, fast growing & well-respected business on a permanent basis.
As the Financial Accountant, you will play a vital role in the ongoing development of the finance function, collaborating with teams across the business to maintain high standards across financial control, management accounts and efficiencies within the function.

About the role
- Collate the monthly Management Report data, and submit inline with company deadlines
- Review & submit cost analysis and accruals
- Manage Balance sheets, fixed assets, cashflow & journals
- Oversee junior accountant & assist with growth and development
- Collaborate with operational teams to help drive performance and manage budgets & forecasts
About you
The ideal candidate for this position must have:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills
- Knowledge of UK/US GAAP
- Ability to adapt quickly and contribute to continuous improvement across the team and finance function
