We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority in Barry to appoint an experienced Families First Advice Line Advisor to join their team!
As a Families First Advice Line Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing advice and support primarily via telephone to professionals and families, addressing their unique needs for assistance. Your key responsibilities will involve guiding them to appropriate local services to ensure they receive the necessary support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer advice and guidance via telephone to professionals and families, catering to their specific support requirements.
- Direct professionals and families to suitable local services to ensure they receive the assistance they need.
- Conduct assessments of service users, including evaluations of needs and risk, to inform casework planning.
- Deliver high-quality services to children, young people, and their families/carers.
