SEN Childcare Support Worker Wanted

About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable SEN Childcare Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You'll work closely with primary age children who have a variety of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and learning disabilities. This is a rewarding and varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support tailored to individual needs
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and personal care where required
- Support children's emotional, social, and educational development
- Work collaboratively with families, SENCOs, and other professionals
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEN (in a school, nursery, or care setting)
- A calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A relevant qualification in childcare, education, or health & social care (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
