About the Role:
We're seeking a committed and compassionate Adult Residential Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or complex care requirements. You'll be based in a warm and welcoming residential home, supporting individuals with daily living, independence, and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred support with daily routines, including personal care, meals, and household tasks
• Encourage and promote independence, dignity, and choice
• Support residents in social activities, appointments, and community access
• Maintain accurate care records and follow individual care plans
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and other team members
• Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential - full training provided)
• A caring, patient, and resilient attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Due to location must have valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
