We are working with our client in Ashington, Northumberland looking for a Data entry Administrator to join their team. The role will be a temporary position for 6-8 weeks an will include inputting data into spreadsheets. The data will be HR, training and pupil data so previous experience in this field is required.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Leadership: Provide strategic leadership in the implementation of school policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with educational objectives and standards.

Staff Management: Supervise and support administrative staff, including office personnel, receptionists, and other administrative team members, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring efficient workflow.

Budgeting and Resource Management: Oversee budgetary planning, resource allocation, and financial management in coordination with relevant departments and stakeholders.

Facilities Management: Manage the maintenance, safety, and security of school facilities, including buildings, grounds, equipment, and technology infrastructure.

Student Services: Collaborate with academic and counseling staff to support student welfare, addressing disciplinary issues, coordinating student activities, and ensuring a conducive learning environment.

Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, community members, and external stakeholders, participating in meetings, events, and communication efforts to promote the school's mission and values.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal educational regulations, maintaining accurate records and overseeing reporting requirements.

Event Planning and Coordination: Organise and oversee school events, ceremonies, and special programs, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with the school's objectives.
